Rental Rates
Rates below are all inclusive of electricity and water usage, with bed linen and towels for use in the gite provided. Please bring with you your own beach / pool towels.
Additionally we will require a Damage Bond of £100.00 (or 100,00€) to be paid.
Please note that the Rates do not include tourist / stay tax which we have to pay to the local authorities and is charged at an additional 5% of the total rental cost.
For guests staying more than one week we will provide a change of bed linen and towels on a Saturday.
We will also provide some basic essentials for your arrival, a bottle of water and milk, bread, butter, jam, some fresh eggs from our chickens and also a bottle of wine.
If you require any other groceries in advance of your arrival, please let us know and we will be happy to obtain same from the supermarket, only asking you to pay the actual cost of the groceries.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

We would require a deposit of 25% payable upon booking (refundable if you cancel more than two months in advance of your arrival date) with the balance along with the tourist/stay tax and damage bond being payable two months prior to your arrival date. Payment to be made by bank transfer.
Provided everything is in order, the damage bond will be returned to you (by bank transfer) approximately one week after completion of your visit.
All we would ask is that upon departure you leave the property in the same clean and tidy condition as when you arrived. If you damage any of the property during your visit we would ask that you make us aware during your stay or prior to your departure.
